Kirabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, Kirabet may withhold any balances pending investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, the net real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Member via a verified payment method. Termination of an account does not extinguish any obligation of the Member arising under these Terms prior to the date of termination.
A Member wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to a verified account before closure is processed.
Kirabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between a Member and Kirabet, the parties agree to first seek resolution through Kirabet's internal customer support process. Kirabet will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
